1. Generic conditions
1.1. The personal data provided by the users of the QUASE Platform are stored by computer and the person responsible for the respective processing is QUASE, whose registration number with the National Data Protection Commission is 6527/2014, without prejudice to that referred to in Point 2.3. infra. QUASE respects and applies all procedures and protocols necessary and appropriate to the respect of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter GDPR ”).
1.1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (an individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, is identified as identifiable, in particular by reference to an identifying element).

1.2. The User’s e-mail is only used for contacts related to the QUASE newsletter, as expressly authorized by the User under the terms of point 2.7. infra.

1.3. When registering on the QUASE Platform, the User gives or does not give consent to QUASE to send “unsolicited communications”, as provided for in article 8 of Decree-Law 24/2014, of 14 February.

2. The personal data of the user are kept by ALMOST only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above, except when there are legal obligations of retention in accordance with the applicable legislation (such as tax or commercial law) that require the maintenance of your data for a longer period.

3. Access to Collected Data
3.1. It is expressly guaranteed to the User, at any time, free of charge and free of any restriction, the possibility of access to their data as well as the respective suppression or rectification, under the terms provided for in the applicable legislation through the password that is assigned to them for access in the registration phase.

4. Treatment of collected data
4.1. By registering in the ALMOST newsletter, the User authorizes the collection, processing and transmission of his personal data under the terms and for the purposes described above, including for countries outside the European Economic Area.

4.2. ALMOST does not process personal data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs and union membership, as well as genetic data or data relating to health or sex life.

6. Privacy Policy and General Terms of Use
6.1. This “Privacy Policy” is an integral part of the “General Terms of Use” of the QUASE Platform and its reading, analysis, understanding and interpretation must always be done in accordance and in conjunction with the terms and conditions established in the document in question. and other documents complementary thereto, duly identified there.
